These Terms & Conditions govern your use of gpstimemap.com and the GPS Time Map mobile application. By using the website or app, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the service
You may use GPS Time Map for lawful personal and professional photo documentation. You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use it to violate another person’s rights.
2. Location and timestamp accuracy
Location, address, altitude, weather, map and time details can depend on device sensors, permissions, internet connectivity and third-party services. You should independently verify information when it is used for legal, safety, compliance or other high-stakes purposes.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for obtaining permission before photographing people, private property, confidential material or restricted locations. You are also responsible for following workplace, privacy, surveillance and local laws.
4. Your content
You retain rights in photos and other content you create. You confirm that you have the right to capture, edit, store and share that content.
5. App permissions
Some features require camera, location, media or storage permissions. If you deny or disable a required permission, the corresponding feature may not work.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or compatible with every device.
7. Third-party services
Maps, weather information, sharing tools, app stores and other integrated services are operated by third parties and may be subject to their own terms.
8. Purchases and subscriptions
If paid features are offered, pricing, billing period, renewal and cancellation information will be displayed before purchase. App-store billing and refund rules may also apply.
9. Intellectual property
The GPS Time Map name, website design, app interface, software and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to users.
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. GPS Time Map is a documentation tool and does not guarantee that a stamped photo will be accepted as legal or official proof.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from app use, inaccurate device or third-party data, lost files or unauthorised sharing.
12. Termination
Access may be restricted or terminated for unlawful use, security risks or material breach of these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
